About Sam
Hello fellow sweet-dream believer! I'm so glad you're here! I created Sky Candy in 2014 as a way for myself and my performer friends to make some extra money during college on our own terms. Today I am proud to consult with hospitality giants and small entreprenuers to help them make their dreams a reality. In 2017 I was selected to help Dylan's Candy Bar start their viral cotton candy art program. Since then, my passion for teaching has only grown. So much so, that in 2023 I earned a masters degree in Instructional Design to ensure I can deliver the highest quality experience possible for my clients.
My virtual program is still in development. Currently I am accepting a limited number of bookings for in-person training for small operators (conducted in Orlando,FL or Boston,MA), or travel for onsite development for corporate level businesses like resorts, theme parks, & retail establishments.
In person training is the very best way to learn!

Our process for imprinting images and designs is completely original and unique to us. Unlike other methods which rely on bitter dyes, our process allows us to imprint the cotton candy without any change to its flavor, with flair!

Equipment Design & Sales Enablement
Gold Medal Products (original inventors of the flavor Blue Raspberry) selected Sam to consult on the the design of its latest machine (ultimately leading to a patent) and international sales roll out of its newest cotton candy offering in 2024. The machine has busted through anticipated demand, consistently selling-out its first production runs.
