Thank you to Heather McPherson for profiling our start up in the Fall 2016 issue!

If you have only been to Orlando for the parks, you may not know what a die hard foodie city Orlando is.  The Orlando foodie is an adventurous, local-loving, social media scouring diviner of the best in fresh and fun eats.  Years of sitting in traffic commuting (we have one of the worst highways in the nation running right through our city center), and standing in line in the sticky heat at the parks have trained us to be patient for the right payout.

You won't see Orlandoans running to the newest restaurants or attractions the second a billboard goes up. We will wait to see what the best dish is at a new spot. Any one of our excellent entertainment writers will give us the highlights before spending our hard earned dollars on what might be just one more novelty trying a little too hard and charging a little too much. Food doesn't have to be fancy here. The food has to be the BEST in its class to survive.

Being featured in the Fall issue of The Orlando Sentinel's Food magazine is an honor that will definitely be going up on the office wall. It's also an affirmation of all the work we are putting into creating the new standard in cotton candy.

Excited to see what confection we will tackle next? Stay tuned.
